The Central do Funcionário (Employee Central) app facilitates the control of employee clock-in for those who work remotely or require an alternative means of recording their working hours, while ensuring the security of information and monitoring of work hours.

The application is fully managed by the HR department of the contracting company, allowing for configurations ranging from enabling clock-in to adding justifications.

The app allows users to track their time card and view indicators such as overtime, absences, and tardiness. It also enables employees to request adjustments to their time records, submit justifications, and track the status of these requests. The app can be used by both employees and managers to monitor their respective teams.
